My main training shoe for the past 2+ years. Has a very minimal medial post which gives the support I need but doesn't feel stiff or clunky like the more popular shoes I've tried (Asics GT-21xx and Brooks Adrenaline). In my experience, similar to but better feel than the Nike Air Zoom Elite II.—01/08/08
